NEC Update Registration and Refund Policies:

• Registration deadline is two weeks prior to seminar date; late and walk-in registrations accepted based on availability.
• Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received 14 days prior to the seminar. We cannot issue refunds if notice is received within fourteen days but we will work with you to find an alternative KSV Electrical Seminars' class on a different date (additional fees may apply).
• All seminars require a minimum of 10 participants or fees may be refunded or redirected.
  
• Seminars are held regardless of inclement weather unless the seminar venue closes. In that instance, registrants may choose to attend an alternative KSV Electrical Seminars' class (additional fees may apply) or the registration fee will be refunded.
• Refunds are issued electronically if payment was made by credit card; check and cash payments are refunded by check.
• First replacement certificate is free (Life happens!). Subsequent replacement certificates are $15.00.

Test Prep Registration and Refund Policies

• All seminars require a minimum of 5 participants or fees may be refunded or redirected.
• Registration is first-come first served; a maximum of 15 participants accepted to keep seminars small.
