NEC Update Registration and Refund Policies:

  • Registration deadline is two weeks prior to seminar date; late and walk-in registrations accepted based on availability.

  • Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received 14 days prior to the seminar. We do our best to accommodate late cancellations but may need to hold all or a portion of your fee if the venue does not permit us to remove you from our participant count.

  • All seminars require a minimum of 10 participants or fees may be refunded or redirected.

  • Seminars are held regardless of inclement weather unless the seminar venue closes. In that instance, registrants may choose to attend an alternative KSV Electrical Seminars' class if space is available (additional fees may apply) or the registration fee will be refunded.

  • Refunds are issued electronically if payment was made by credit card; check and cash payments are refunded by check.

  • First replacement certificate is free (Life happens!). Subsequent replacement certificates are $15.00.
